Compound Design is growing, and we need extra hands in the shop. We're hiring for shop and install positions and are willing to train the right people. If you know your way around tools, like building things, and want to learn a trade from people who do it every day, we want to hear from you.

Shop Team Member: This isn't a one-task job. Day to day, you'll rotate between cabinet assembly, finishing and running the paint booth, operating the CNC, fabrication, and general woodshop work. You'll learn every part of how we build, which makes you a more skilled and valuable tradesperson. If you get bored doing the same thing every day, this is for you.

Installer: Installers spend most of their day on job sites, installing cabinetry and finished work for our clients. Install or carpentry experience is a plus. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

What We're Looking For

General knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and shop safety
Someone who works well with others and communicates on the job
Not afraid to get dirty. This is real, physical shop work
A willingness to learn and absorb through hands-on training
Reliable and ready to commit to full-time work

Experience is a plus, not a requirement. If you've worked in cabinetry, millwork, carpentry, construction, fabrication, or CNC, great. If you haven't but you're handy, motivated, and eager to learn, we'll teach you.
